AU-FACEOFINDIA ("we", "us", "the app") connects acting and dancing tal= ent with producers and casting directors across India. This policy explains= what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By u= sing the app you agree to this policy.

1. Information We Collect

Account details: your name, email address and role (actor, producer= or casting director).
Profile details (talent): date of birth, city, state, category, exp= erience, height, languages, contact number, headshot, gallery photos and a = showreel video.
Usage data: profiles you view, shortlist, or request access to, and= private notes you save.
Payment records: transaction status handled by our payment partner = PayU. We do not store your card or bank details.

2. How We Use Your Information

To create and display talent profiles to verified producers and cas= ting directors.
To operate discovery, search, shortlisting, folders and access-requ= est features.
To process subscriptions and unlock requests through PayU.
To send in-app notifications (e.g. approvals, access grants, weekly= recaps) and important service emails.
To review, verify and moderate profiles for safety and quality.

3. Contact Privacy

A talent's email and phone number are hidden from public view. They ar= e only revealed to a producer or casting director after that person subscri= bes, submits a request, and an administrator verifies and approves it.

4. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information.
Payment processing is performed by PayU under their own privacy ter= ms.
Media files are stored on secure managed cloud storage used to run = the app.
We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the ri= ghts and safety of our users.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

You can delete your account at any time from Account =E2=86=92 Delete = my account. Deleting your account permanently removes your profile, photos,= showreel, notes, shortlists and related data. You may also email support@a= u-movies.com to request deletion.

6. Your Choices

Access, update or remove your profile information at any time in th= e app.
Control media you upload and remove gallery items or your showreel.=
Contact us to exercise any data rights available to you.

7. Children

The app is intended for users aged 12 and above. It is not directed at= children under 12. Minors should use the app only with the consent and sup= ervision of a parent or guardian.

8. Security

We use industry-standard measures including encrypted passwords and se= cure tokens. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but= we work to protect your information.

9. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be = reflected by updating the date above. Continued use of the app means you ac= cept the updated policy.

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the AU-FACEOFINDIA app= and services. By creating an account or using the app you agree to these t= erms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 12 years old; minors must have parental/guardi= an consent.
You are responsible for the accuracy of your information and for ke= eping your login secure.
One account per person. Impersonation or fake profiles are prohibit= ed.

2. Roles

Actors/Dancers publish portfolios and showreels to be discovered.
Producers and Casting Directors browse, shortlist and request verif= ied contact access.
Administrators verify, approve and moderate profiles and access req= uests.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

Actor subscription: =E2=82=B9999 for 6 months, required to publish = a profile.
Producer / Casting Director subscription: =E2=82=B91999 for 6 month= s, including 3 profile access requests.
Additional profile access beyond the included quota: =E2=82=B9500 e= ach.
Payments are processed by PayU. Fees are stated at checkout and, ex= cept where required by law, are non-refundable once a subscription is activ= ated or access is granted.

4. Profile Review & Publishing

Talent profiles become publicly visible only after payment and adminis= trator approval. Editing a live profile may return it to review before it i= s shown again. We may decline or remove profiles that violate these terms.<= /p>

5. Content & Conduct

You must own or have the right to use all photos and videos you upl= oad.
No unlawful, obscene, misleading, defamatory or infringing content.=
No harassment, scraping, spamming, or misuse of contact details obt= ained through the app.
Contact details shared after approval must be used only for genuine= casting purposes.

6. Contact Access

Contact details are private and revealed only after a verified, approv= ed access request. Misuse of another user's contact information may result = in suspension and, where applicable, legal action.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you upload and grant AU-FACEOFINDIA a = license to host and display it within the app to operate the service. The A= U-FACEOFINDIA name, logo and app design remain our property.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate a= ccounts that breach these terms or misuse the platform.

9. Disclaimers

The app is a discovery and connection platform. We do not guarantee ca= sting outcomes, work opportunities, or the conduct of any user. Verificatio= n reduces but does not eliminate risk; exercise your own judgement before s= haring information or meeting anyone.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AU-FACEOFINDIA is not liable f= or indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the app or interact= ions between users.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Bangalor= e, Karnataka having jurisdiction.
